Developing a biennial survey and analysis of the structural engineering community focused on career satisfaction, engagement and retention, compensation and work-life balance.
Providing guidance and support to new SE3 chapters and assistance planning presentations, programs, and events within NCSEA Member Organizations.
Focusing efforts on enacting and promoting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) practices within the structural engineering profession, while sharing a monthly forum known as Read.Watch.Listen.
Building programming to coincide with the annual NCSEA Summit to facilitate the on-going conversation of engagement & equity in the structural engineering community.
